Welcome to my personal webpage! I have been practicing hatha yoga and meditation for more than 10 years. My first teachers - Vladimir Karpinsky (yantra yoga) and Alexandr Korovin (asanas and pranayamas) 2006 - Ashtanga Yoga Centre Moscow Certificate 2009 год - Zhun Yuan Qigong Moscow 1 stage Certificate 2000 - 2009 I attented many seminars: vipassana meditation courses near Moscow, yoga seminars by Bal Mukund Singh (Delhi), Kali Ray (USA), Brahmacahri Muktanand (India), attended Andrey Lapin's lectures, Ashatnga Yoga seminars by Mihail Baranov and Mihail Konstantinov, seminar of Advayta master Sumiran (Moscow, Karelia, Himalayas), tibetan buddhism seminar by Ole Nidahl (Harkov, Kaluga) 2009 - 2010 I was travelling for 7 months through India, China, Laos, Thailand and other Asian countries. I was practicing in ashrams and met yoga teachers, passed vipassana meditation course in Chom Thong (Thailand) Since 2005 I give hatha yoga classes in Moscow yoga centers and also I do individyal sessions I speak fluent Engish and good German language Welcome to my personal webpage!
